1. Purpose:
This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which clients may request a refund for training services provided by CUFI Mobility Consulting Private Limited (MobilityNxt) via its Website.
2. Eligibility for Refunds:
– Cancellation by Client:
– More than 10 Days Before Start Date:Full refund minus GST Charges
– Less than 10 Days Before Start Date: No refund.
– Cancellation by CUFI Mobility Consulting Private Limited (MobilityNxt):
– Clients will receive a full refund if CUFI Mobility Consulting Private Limited (MobilityNxt) cancels the training for any reason.
– No refunds are provided for missed sessions or failure to attend the training
– Offline or Instructor-led In-person Training Courses are not eligible for refunds
3. Process for Requesting a Refund:
– Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or through our online form at https://mobilitynxt.com/
– Required Information: Include your name, contact information, training program details, training start date, College Name (if applicable), and the reason for the refund request.
– Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within ten business days from receipt of the request.
4. Non-Refundable Fees:
– Administrative fees, GST, materials, or other non-refundable expenses are not eligible for refund.
5. Changes to Training Services:
– Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their training sessions with CUFI Mobility Consulting Private Limited (MobilityNxt) up to 30 days before the scheduled date without additional fees.
– Transfers: Training fees may be transferred to another individual or program within a minimum of 60 days of the original start date, subject to availability.
6. Special Circumstances:
CUFI Mobility Consulting Private Limited (MobilityNxt) may consider refunds or credits for special circumstances on a case-by-case basis as prescribed by the Board of Directors.
